Re-Imagine Final Artwork

I was told to create a black and white self portrait in black and white. Other than that, I also took her powerful stance and repeated background in my artwork. I loved the pop art style Madeleine used, however I did not emulate that style in my artwork so it wouldn't be so similar. I put little triangles in the background for a more graphic design element. 

Re-Imangining

This is the artwork I am re-imagining for this project (by Madeleine Sargent) and I was told to make a fine art self portrait in black and white. Since I have just started drawing and it is in light pencil, I wont bother trying to take a photo yet. 

Photoshop Tutorial

I did the water reflection tutorial after my attempt at the watercolor one didn't turn out (and finding out that the photoshop on my laptop doesn't have layer masking).
